I have 10 years’ human resource experience working within financial service environments, specifically in banking and private equity trust. Projects that I have worked on include development and delivery of in-house training programmes, policy review, team restructuring, succession planning and cultural change. During this time I have completed my professional studies which has resulted in an MSc in Human Resources. I pride myself on building strong relationships with all stakeholders which has resulted in coaching staff at all levels throughout my career. My experience and studies have led me to have a strong focus and passion around building high performance culture and individual development and growth.
